Damai Beach

We stayed on Damai Beach at Holiday Inn Damai Beach (not to be confused with the Holiday Inn Damai Beach Lagoon next door, which is a much better place but the travel agent told us it was fully booked out).

We got the Iban Longhouse Rooms built on the hill slope with nice sea views, next to the nice looking Bidayuk Baruk Presidential Suites costing RM700 per night. We would climb the long & steep steps to the restaurant(s) for breakfast and to train for our jungle treks. Not forgetting picture taking opportunities.
